Dear Guests, General provisions 1.these rules are developed on the basis of the current legislation of Ukraine and the requirements of the Union of the International Hotel Association. 2.The Hotel Administration guarantees that guests comply with all privacy policies. 3.the Hotel Administration reserves the right to impose a fine on guests for violating fire safety standards, disobeying the legal requirements of the administration, and failing to comply with these rules of accommodation. 4.the guest can leave feedback and suggestions on the operation of the hotel in the book of complaints and suggestions. Hotel order 1. arrival time: after 14: 00. Check-out time: until 12: 00. The room rate includes: internet access (WiFi), TV broadcasting, beauty kit, car parking, use of the pool area (in summer), taxes and tourist fees. 2.if you check out after 12-00 to 18-00, you must pay an additional 50% of the cost of accommodation for one day. If you check out after 18: 00, you must pay the full cost of accommodation for one day. 3.early arrival and late check-out are subject to availability and at an additional cost. 4.the restaurant is open from 09-00 to 23-00 (according to the menu, the kitchen accepts the last order until 22-30). It is forbidden to bring your own food and alcoholic beverages to the restaurant. 5.there is no charge for children under 5 years of age staying together with adults (without the need for an extra bed in the room). 6. upon arrival, the guest provides an identity document (passport, driver's license, military ticket, foreign passport), fills out the registration form and pays the full cost of hotel accommodation. . Stay in the room without payment is not allowed. 7. upon check-in, the guest should be aware that in case of damage, bringing into improper condition or destruction of any property in the room (breaking glasses, lamps, glass, damage to furniture, hair dryer, TV, remote controls to it, curtains, burning sofas, carpets, contamination of towels to such a state that they cannot be washed), the guest must compensate for the damage caused at the cost of damaged property. 8.upon check-in, please check with the administration your parking space. 9.we ask you to treat guests staying in neighboring rooms with respect. During the period from 22-00 to 08-00, turn down the volume of the TV, turn on the music outside, and avoid loud conversations and laughter in the rooms. 10.Your Guests can visit you daily from 9-00 to 23-00. To do this, they need to register. 11.please follow the fire safety rules. If the fire alarm goes off, you must remain calm and leave the building, following the evacuation plan. 12.when leaving the room, do not forget to close the water intake taps, turn off the lights and close the doors and windows. The hotel does not recommend leaving money, jewelry and other valuables in the room. 13.please take care of the hotel's property and equipment. A room is accepted upon check-out. In case of damage, theft of property or equipment, it is necessary to compensate them in accordance with the prices provided by the administration. 14.please inform the hotel administration if any defects in equipment, electrical, heat and water supply malfunctions are detected. 15.it is forbidden to bring ski equipment, sleds, bicycles to the restaurant. Also, it is forbidden to enter any premises located on the territory of the hotel complex in ski shoes, except for the ski room. 17.please keep your room and hotel complex clean. 18. cleaning is carried out at the request of the guest. 19. on the day of eviction: the key to the room must be handed over to the administrator , in case of loss of the key to the room, compensation is charged in the amount of 150 UAH; 20.video surveillance is conducted on the territory of the hotel complex (with the exception of toilet rooms and rooms). The administration of Laguna Karpat group of companies has the right to refuse a guest further accommodation, for violation of the rules of accommodation and late payment of services refusal to settle, termination of residence 21. guests terminate their stay after the end of the paid period of stay. 22. if the guest repeatedly violates the rules of accommodation, does not respond to the comments of the Hotel Administration, which leads to losses or creates inconvenience for the accommodation of other guests, the hotel administration has the right to refuse to check in or terminate the stay of this Guest (make eviction). 23.accommodation is refused to those guests who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Prohibited 24.according to the law of Ukraine No. 4844 - IX of 24.05.2012, smoking of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and hookahs is prohibited on the territory of the entire hotel (in rooms, corridors, lobby and restaurant). Smoking is allowed in a designated area. 25.accommodation in the room of animals, birds, reptiles, etc. without the consent of the hotel administration and making an additional payment in the amount of 500 UAH /day. When checking into a hotel with a pet, it is mandatory to have a veterinary passport and prior approval from the administrator. It is allowed to accommodate one animal weighing up to 3 kg (with the exception of Guide Dogs ). The guest must bring a special mat or a special cage for the pet. The guest is required to walk medium and large dogs only in muzzles. Pets are not allowed on site. For feeding pets, the guest must bring special dishes with them. For the toilet of pets, the guest must bring special trays with them. It is strictly forbidden to feed pets from dishes belonging to the hotel. In the absence of a special pet cage, it is forbidden to leave pets unattended in the hotel room, lobby on the territory of the hotel. It is forbidden to take pets with you to the restaurant, bar or other common areas. It is forbidden to wash pets in the showers of rooms, use towels, sheets and other bedding belonging to the hotel. It is forbidden to comb pets in the hotel room and hotel lobby. The guest is obliged to ensure that there is no pet during room cleaning by the hotel staff or carrying out repairs in the room. 26.leave unauthorized persons in the room, as well as give them the room key. 27.bring materials and objects that are dangerous to the life and health of others (flammable items, explosive, toxic, chemical and radioactive substances, weapons) to the territory of the hotel and store in the room. 28.use shoe dryers in the room, use electrical appliances (irons, boilers, electric stoves, slow cookers), except those allowed by the hotel administration. 29.rearrange and remove furniture from the room without the consent of the hotel administration. 30. show aggression or actions that threaten the safety of other persons ' health or property. 31. cause damage to the property of the hotel. 32.place guests in the room after 23:00 without paying and registering their stay at the hotel. 33.leave adult minor children unattended, allow them to be on the street and stairwells. 34. independently fix problems that have occurred during the use of the power grid, electrical equipment, water supply, sewerage, plumbing and other items that make up the hotel's equipment. 35.dry mushrooms, berries, herbs, fruits in the room. 36. disable fire alarm sensors. 37.without having to turn on the fire alert button. For a false call to the fire service, a fine of 15 000 UAH is provided. 38. throw garbage and cigarette butts out of the room windows. 39. use pyrotechnic devices, sparklers, candles in the rooms and on the territory of the hotel without the consent of the administration. Payment terms and conditions of Booking 39. booking services on the website are provided on-line, by e-mail, by phone. 40.when making a reservation through the website, the guest enters into a direct contractual relationship with the hotel. From the moment of booking, the guest is sent an email on behalf of the hotel with details for making an advance payment. 41.to confirm the reservation, the guest must make a prepayment of at least 50% of the total room rate. 42. conditions of cancellation at the hotel: The Guest can cancel the reservation of the room without penalty 14 days before the date of arrival (in this case, the prepayment is returned to the guest in full), if the reservation is canceled less than 14 days before the date of arrival, the prepayment is returned to the guest in full only if the reservation of this room on these dates by another guest. In case of cancellation of the reservation by the guest during the stay (early departure), the accommodation fee for unused reserved days will not be refunded. 43. payment for accommodation and provision of additional services is made in cash or by bank transfer, in accordance with the price list. |
